Mission

MISSION STATEMENT:
Pride Ventures Inc. was formed in 2009 in the state of New Jersey under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a not-for-profit corporation. We are organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Principally, we provide job training and transitional employment experience to young adults with developmental disabilities who could not independently succeed in the work place. With the proper training these individuals can gain practical work and life skills to enhance their future employment opportunities.

ACCOMPLISHING OUR GOAL:
Pride Ventures, Inc. works closely with the staff and students of local high schools located in Southern New Jersey in conducting job training and charitable activities. Southern New Jersey consists of many high schools, each having programs that serve the educational needs of students with developmental disabilities. We plan to place current and recently graduated students from area high schools in a real work place environment where they will earn a salary and pay taxes. Our environment will instill a positive work ethic and enable these individuals to reach their personal highest level of achievement.
